The Professional 156 (70/85) is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and comes in three finishes: S without worktop (TBF13000000000), P with worktop (TBF13100000000) and A with worktop and splashback (TBF13200000000).
As a remote model it is supplied without the condensing unit. Inside are an anti-corrosion evaporator, automatic electric-heater defrost and an airflow system that reaches all stored products evenly. Rounded internal corners and racks that lift out without tools make the compartment easy to clean; each door has one plastic-coated wire shelf.
Temperature −2…+10 °C, refrigerating capacity 671 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), refrigerant R452A, climate class 5. With worktop the counter measures 1569 × 701 × 850 mm; without worktop it is 810 mm high, with splashback 950 mm. Net weight 107 kg, electrical power 40 W.
