Description

The Everlasting Professional 111 REM (70/85) is a refrigerated counter for −2…+10 °C measuring 1115 × 701 × 850 mm. Professional counters are designed to suit open kitchens where the finish is on show. On this model the condensing unit is remote and not supplied.

As the evaporator is not in the chamber, the counter takes a maximum load. There is one plastic-coated wire shelf on stainless-steel runners per door, and drawers can be added. Defrost is automatic; the controller logs HACCP alarms and offers high or low humidity.

Castors, a key lock and a UVC lamp are optional. Refrigerant R452A, refrigerating capacity 391 W, electrical power 40 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation, net weight 95 kg. Without worktop (S, TBF12000000000) the height is 810 mm, with worktop (P, TBF12100000000) 850 mm and with worktop and splashback (A, TBF12200000000) 950 mm.
