Description

The Everlasting Professional 66 (70/85) remote counter is 661 mm wide and fills a single narrow module in a kitchen line. The chilled compartment holds −2…+10 °C, and the condensing unit, not supplied, is installed separately. With worktop the counter is 850 mm high and 701 mm deep.

Interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, with rounded inner corners and racks that lift out without tools. The airflow system spreads cold air evenly, and the evaporator is outside the storage space. The control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log; a glass door with LED lighting or a UVC lamp can be fitted as an option.

Refrigerating capacity 391 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), refrigerant R452A, climate class 5, electrical power 40 W, insulation 50 mm. Weight 80/74 kg. Versions: S without worktop (TBF11000000000, 810 mm), P with worktop (TBF11100000000) and A with splashback (TBF11200000000, 950 mm).
