The condensing unit is not supplied and is installed separately, so the counter itself holds only the chilled compartment and the GN container top. Everlasting highlights the flexible container layout: GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6 and 1/9 sizes fit, as does a 1/3 + 2/3 combination, 100 or 150 mm deep.
Containers are ordered separately. Plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelves sit behind the doors, defrost by electric heater is automatic and the control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log.
