Call sales +372 5559 3678The Professional Saladette 4 is Everlasting's longest saladette, and in its remote version it is 2023 mm wide. The top takes more GN containers than the smaller models, with a chilled cabinet below. The condensing unit is not supplied and is installed separately.
The interior is AISI 304 stainless steel, the evaporator is anti-corrosion treated and defrost is automatic. Each door has a plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelf on stainless-steel runners; the containers themselves are not included. The saladette can stand in the kitchen or in front of guests to show products ready for serving.
Castors and a germicidal UVC lamp are optional. Temperature range −2…+10 °C, climate class 4, refrigerating capacity 671 W (−10 °C / +54.4 °C), refrigerant R452A, electrical power 40 W, insulation 50 mm. External dimensions 2023 × 701 × 850 mm, net weight 99 kg.
