Call sales +372 5559 3678A saladette keeps ingredients chilled and within reach and can also display products ready for serving. The remote version of the Everlasting Professional Saladette 2 is 1115 mm wide and 701 mm deep; its condensing unit is installed separately and not supplied.
The top takes GN containers in sizes 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6 and 1/9 or a 1/3 + 2/3 combination, 100 or 150 mm deep; containers are not included. Behind the door is a plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelf on stainless-steel runners. A stainless-steel crossbar for GN containers, castors, a UVC lamp and internal drawers are available as options.
