About this product

Description

As a REM version, the Everlasting Chocolate 179 has no condensing unit of its own: it is connected to a separately located unit, which is not supplied. In the large storage compartment beneath the worktop, chocolate is kept at +10…+18 °C and 40–60% relative humidity.

The AISI 304 stainless-steel interior has rounded corners, and the racks come out without tools. Each door has four pairs of L-shaped runners and one plastic-coated wire shelf. The control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and raises alarms for temperature and power failure; defrost is automatic.

Dimensions 1794 × 750 × 850 mm, net weight 121 kg. R452A refrigerant, 671 W refrigerating capacity and 40 W electrical power, climate class 5, insulation 50 mm. Optional extras are a germicidal UVC lamp and drawers on runners, 75 or 150 mm high.
