About this product

Description

The Everlasting Chocolate 126 REM combines a solid worktop with a chocolate storage compartment underneath. Cooling comes from a separately installed condensing unit that is not supplied, and a dedicated air distribution system inside the counter ventilates gently and evenly.

Each door has four pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and one plastic-coated wire shelf, and the interior is set up for EN 60 × 40 trays. Drawers on runners, 75 or 150 mm high, and a UVC lamp can be added. The control panel has a HACCP alarm log and an energy-saving function; defrost is automatic.

Range +10…+18 °C, humidity 40–60%, R452A refrigerant and 391 W refrigerating capacity. Electrical power is 40 W, dimensions 1266 × 750 × 850 mm (P version with worktop) and net weight 105 kg. Version S without worktop is 810 mm high and version A with splashback 950 mm.
