Description

The Everlasting Chocolate 232 REM is a long chocolate counter whose refrigeration runs on a remote system: the condensing unit is installed separately and is not supplied. In the compartment below the worktop, temperature stays within +10…+18 °C and relative humidity within 40–60%.

Air distribution inside the counter is designed for gentle, even ventilation. Each door has four pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and one plastic-coated wire shelf, and drawers 75 or 150 mm high can be fitted. The control panel provides a HACCP alarm log, alarm management and an energy-saving function.

R452A refrigerant, 671 W refrigerating capacity and 40 W electrical power. Dimensions 2322 × 750 × 850 mm, net weight 160 kg, insulation 50 mm, climate class 5. Without worktop (S) the counter is 810 mm high, with splashback (A) 950 mm.
