Call sales +372 5559 3678The Tefcold BLC14 is a blast chiller/freezer for kitchens that need to bring hot food from the stove or oven down quickly and safely. Chilling capacity is measured from +70 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes, and freezing capacity from +70 °C to −18 °C in 240 minutes. The cabinet is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with guides for GN 1/1 and Euronorm pans.
The programmable controller has pre-set programs that hold the end temperature until the door is opened and the program switched off, and a core probe is included. The self-closing solid door has a reversible hinge, and defrosting is automatic by hot gas. Four adjustable feet support the unit.
Gross volume 319 l, net 299 l, internal dimensions 660 × 420 × 1150 mm. Electrical power 2000 W on a 380–400 V / 50 Hz supply, refrigerant R404a, noise 49 dBA. The 2170 mm tall cabinet is 800 mm wide and 815 mm deep and weighs 205 kg (210 kg packed).
