Its guides accept both GN 1/1 and Euronorm pans. Cycles are controlled by a programmable thermostat with a touchscreen, and a core probe is included.
HACCP data can be exported, and data can be uploaded or downloaded via USB. Cabinet and chamber are stainless steel; the door is self-closing and reversible. Hot-gas defrost runs automatically, and the unit stands on four adjustable feet.
