This PULSE blast chiller-freezer has 10 levels at 71.5 mm spacing and a working range of −40…+45 °C. Programmes include Soft/Hard chilling and freezing, preservation, precooling, Infinity, proving and thawing, plus I.F.R., Anisakis, yogurt and chocolate cake cycles.
The heated three-sensor core probe sits on the back of the door, and the control panel is a 7-inch touch screen with USB and RS485 port. The press-formed base has a drain outlet, with a plastic water collection bowl underneath the cabinet. Chilling 50 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes and freezing 25 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes, at 0.078 and 0.27 kWh/kg.
