Built to run from a separately installed condensing unit, the PF101LR is the remote version of the ten-level PULSE blast chiller-freezer; the unit itself is not supplied. GN 1/1 containers go in by their 53 cm side and EN 60 × 40 cm trays by the 60 cm side, on 10 levels at 71.5 mm spacing.
Control is via a 7-inch colour touch screen on the door with USB and RS485 port, offering Soft/Hard chilling and freezing plus I.F.R., Anisakis, yogurt and chocolate cake cycles. The door frame is heated automatically, the ten-chamber magnetic gasket is replaceable and the fan stops when the door opens.
With the optional APOLINK accessory, the unit can be controlled remotely over Ethernet and keep a HACCP data history. Output 50 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes and 25 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes; range −40…+45 °C. Refrigerant R452A, refrigerating capacity 3136 W at −23.3 °C, automatic electric defrost, 230 V and 2050 W.
The remote cabinet is 852 mm deep (802 × 852 × 1782 mm) and weighs 155 kg net.
