About this product

Description

Designed around ten GN 2/1 containers, or twenty GN 1/1, the PF102S is a PULSE blast chiller-freezer that chills 120 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes and freezes 60 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes. Levels are spaced 80 mm apart. It is operated from a 7-inch colour touch screen on the door with USB and RS485 port; cycles include Soft/Hard chilling and freezing, Infinity, precooling and the I.F.R. and Anisakis programmes.

The one-piece AISI 304 body has rounded corners and an automatically heated door frame, and the copper/aluminium evaporator is rust-proofed. Refrigerating capacity 1586 + 1586 W at −23.3 °C, R290 (0.15 + 0.15 kg), energy use 0.053 kWh/kg chilling and 0.165 kWh/kg freezing.

Supply 400 V 3N~, 2500 W. External dimensions 1040 × 1114 × 1940 mm, net weight 285 kg, feet 102–164 mm.
