Its levels are spaced 66.5 mm apart for GN 1/1 containers or EN 60 × 40 cm trays, and it works across −40…+45 °C. Functions include blast chilling, freezing, proving and retarder-proving and thawing, with Soft/Hard modes, preservation, precooling and Infinity.
The 7-inch touch display is on the door and has USB and an RS485 port. The core probe is heated with three sensors, and the fan stops whenever the door is opened. Output 25 kg from +90 to +3 °C in 90 minutes and 15 kg from +90 to −18 °C in 240 minutes, at 0.078 and 0.26 kWh/kg.
