Its 5 levels at 66.5 mm spacing take GN 1/1 containers or EN 60 × 40 cm trays. It blast-chills, freezes, proves dough and thaws food, with Soft/Hard modes, preservation, precooling and Infinity.
A 7-inch touch screen on the door, USB and RS485 port and a heated three-sensor core probe handle control. The ten-chamber magnetic gasket is easy to replace, and the fan stops when the door is opened. It chills 25 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes and freezes 15 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes; range −40…+45 °C, energy use 0.078 and 0.26 kWh/kg.
