Running from a remote condensing unit, the PF51MR is the five-level PULSE blast chiller-freezer with worktop; the condensing unit is installed separately and is not supplied. Five levels at 66.5 mm spacing take GN 1/1 containers or EN 60 × 40 cm trays, under a 30 mm AISI 304 worktop.
The control panel is a 7-inch colour touch screen on the door with USB and RS485 port, with Soft/Hard chilling and freezing, precooling, Infinity and the I.F.R. and Anisakis cycles. An optional APOLINK accessory allows remote control over Ethernet and a HACCP data history.
The fan stops when the door opens; defrost is electric. Chilling 25 kg from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes, freezing 15 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes; range −40…+45 °C. Refrigerant R452A, refrigerating capacity 935 W at −23.3 °C, electrical power 470 W at 230 V.
The cabinet measures 747 × 740 × 850 mm and weighs 90 kg net.
