Call sales +372 5559 3678Angelo Po 6- or 10-level GN 1/1 ovens can stand directly on the PF51H: its 25 mm worktop is made for the purpose, and the unit is 750 mm high. Inside are 10 positions at 38.2 mm spacing, taking 5 GN 1/1 containers. The PULSE control panel sits on the door, a 7-inch colour touch screen with USB and RS485 port.
It offers Soft/Hard chilling and freezing, preservation, precooling and Infinity, plus I.F.R., Anisakis, yogurt and chocolate cake cycles. The copper/aluminium evaporator is rust-proofed, the condenser is reachable without tools and the door frame heats automatically.
20 kg chills from +90 °C to +3 °C in 90 minutes and 12 kg freezes to −18 °C in 240 minutes, at 0.078 and 0.26 kWh/kg. Range −40…+45 °C, R290, refrigerating capacity 935 W, 230 V and 950 W. 929 × 795 × 750 mm, 125 kg net.
