The AISI 304 stainless-steel finish is designed for open-plan kitchens too. As standard there are three plastic-coated wire shelves per door, and bottle racks or a pastry set-up can be fitted as options.
Automatic defrost by electric heater, high and low humidity settings and a HACCP alarm log are part of the standard package, while a Wi-Fi module and RS485 serial port are optional.
