Its 1365-litre chamber takes GN 2/1 and the setpoint ranges from −2 to +10 °C. Inside are three plastic-coated GN 2/1 wire shelves per door; as options they can be swapped for stainless-steel shelves, or a pastry set-up and pairs of pastry-tray runners can be added.
The cabinet locks, the feet adjust over 130–200 mm and the touch-screen controller gives a HACCP alarm. Defrost is automatic by electric heater. Climate class 4, refrigerant R290, 75 mm insulation.
Refrigerating capacity is 647 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C) and electrical power 440 W at 230 V, 50/60 Hz. Dimensions 1500 × 815 × 2080 mm, net weight 197 kg.
