The 625-litre chamber takes GN 2/1, and the setpoint can be anywhere between −2 and +10 °C. A pastry set-up or pairs of stainless-steel runners for pastry trays can be ordered for the interior; three plastic-coated GN 2/1 wire shelves are standard.
As across the Easy series, the monoblock unit is easy to service, the evaporator sits outside the chamber and defrost is automatic. It has a key lock and stainless-steel feet adjustable over 130–200 mm. Climate class 4, refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 409 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C) and electrical power 290 W at 230 V, 50/60 Hz.
