Behind the doors are 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners per door; drawers, a pastry set-up, bottle racks, a UVC lamp or castors can be added as options. The refrigeration unit sits underneath, the evaporator inside the chamber, and defrost is automatic.
The controller has a HACCP alarm log and high/low humidity settings. Refrigerating capacity 619 W, electrical power 450 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 4, 75 mm insulation. Dimensions 1500 × 850 × 2080 mm, net weight 250 kg.
A remote version (REM, ACP34200000000, R452A, 270 W) is also available, without condensing unit.
