Description

In open kitchens where equipment is in the guests' line of sight, the Everlasting Master 700 Glass keeps chilled products on display behind a glass door. Gross volume is 625 litres in a 750 mm wide body. The door has three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners, and drawers, a pastry set-up, bottle racks or a UVC lamp can be chosen as options.

Defrost is automatic, with the evaporator in the chamber and the refrigeration unit underneath. The controller has a HACCP alarm log, Energy Saving and high/low humidity settings. Range +2…+10 °C, climate class 4, refrigerant R290, refrigerating capacity 385 W, electrical power 270 W, 75 mm insulation.
