It is aimed at large kitchens and institutional catering where Gastronorm trolleys travel through the cabinet.
The chamber has a non-insulated AISI 304 stainless-steel floor, bumpers on 4 sides and an evaporator housed outside the storage space. Its electronic controller records HACCP alarms, monitors temperature, power supply and the condenser, and offers energy saving, overcooling and humidity adjustment.
Defrost is automatic by electric heater. Temperature +2…+10 °C, gross volume 1233 litres, refrigerant R290, climate class 4, 640 W at 230 V 50 Hz. Dimensions 880 × 1081 × 2200 mm, gross and net weight 260 / 245 kg.
Wi-Fi module, 60 Hz and alternative voltages are optional; for the remote REM version the condensing unit is not supplied.
