Gross volume is 625 litres, with the series' bottom-mounted refrigeration unit. Behind the door are 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners.
Defrost is automatic, the evaporator inside the chamber is corrosion-protected and the insulation is 75 mm of high-density polyurethane. The controller logs HACCP alarms; Wi-Fi remote connection and an RS-485 serial port are optional.
