Call sales +372 5559 3678INSÙ - Pastry is a confectionery display that can be monitored and controlled through the ESK IoT communication system, with refrigeration driven by an inverter compressor. It is rated energy class B, the condensing unit is built in and runs on R290, and a remote version is available as well.
Three glass shelves pull out, while the unpainted stainless-steel base shelf stays fixed; shelf height is not adjustable. Every shelf is lit, the double-glazed straight front glass opens on hinges, and the side glass and hinged rear doors carry grey RAL 7042 screen printing.
Metal parts and the top panel come in a choice of RAL colours, gold or silver, and the lower front and side panels are left for self-finishing. Fan-assisted cooling with EC fans, electric defrost and automatic condensate evaporation keep each level at a stable temperature.
The case is rated temperature class 3M1 (−1…+5 °C) for climate class 3 and runs on 230 V, 50 Hz. Modules of 930 mm (195 litres) and 1430 mm (310 litres) with 30 mm sides can be joined in a run without partitions.
