The wider Luxor New Style body, 805 mm across, gives the KC8A 457 litres gross and five shelves of 70 × 47 cm. Its compartment is tempered glass throughout, screen-printed in black RAL 9005 over a black lower structure, and runs at +14…+16 °C with humidity held at 40–44% by a humidistat.

Anti-condensation heating elements are fitted to the glass, and the anti-glare LED lighting changes intensity through the PIR Sense sensor as customers come close. The glass door, hinged on the right and not reversible on site, has an invisible full-height handle.

An electronic board with blue digital display handles HACCP alarms and has a communication port; the APOLINK accessory for remote control is optional. Ventilated refrigeration from an evaporator in the base, R290, 425 W at −10 °C, 360 W on 230 V. Dimensions 805 × 645 × 1840 mm, net weight 222 kg on four hidden castors, 65 dBA, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% RH), excluded from the EU energy label.
