The KC8ESX has the copper-toned Tasilaq sablè screen print and matching lower structure, and a glass door hinged on the left that is not reversible on site. It is 805 mm wide with 457 litres gross.
Relative humidity of 40–44% is set by humidistat, and the temperature of +14…+16 °C by an electronic board with blue digital display, HACCP alarms and communication port. Five 70 × 47 cm shelves stand on an AISI 304 rack under anti-glare LED lighting, which the PIR Sense sensor adjusts as people approach.
The glass is heated against condensation. Cooling is ventilated, from an evaporator in the lower structure, using R290 with 425 W at −10 °C; electrical power 360 W at 230 V. Net weight 222 kg, four hidden castors, 65 dBA, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% RH).
