Pastry display Sagi Luxor Classic KD6G

Luxor Classic is the grey-finished line of Sagi's Luxor displays, with a grey screen-printed glass compartment over a lower structure in grey anti-fingerprint steel. The KD6G is its 600 mm wide model for pastry, bakery and ice-cream, adjustable from −22 to +5 °C.

The glass door is hinged on the right, has an invisible full-height handle and cannot be reversed on site. Anti-glare LED bars light the shelves. An evaporator in an AISI 304 frame at the top of the compartment feeds fan-assisted cooling, hot gas handles automatic defrost, and anti-condensation heaters keep the glass clear.

The clip clap system gives access to all functional components for servicing. The electronic control board shows a digital display, signals HACCP alarms and allows the keys to be locked. Five 49 × 47 cm shelves, 324 litres gross, 931 W refrigerating capacity at −23.3 °C, 1250 W power, R290.
