Grey screen-printed tempered glass and a grey anti-fingerprint steel base make it a narrow display for cafés and pastry shops. Cold air is fan-driven from an evaporator at the top of the compartment, and defrost is automatic by hot gas.
Anti-condensation heating keeps the glass clear while LED bars light the five 49 × 47 cm shelves. Opening the door trips a safety switch that stops the fan, and the controller keys can be locked. Set point range −22…+5 °C, gross volume 324 litres, sound power 70 dBA.
