About this product

Description

The Meatico All in One refrigerated cabinet range is designed for users who need maximum operating flexibility. This model can dry, mature and store a range of artisan products, including cured meats, fresh meat and cheese. Active control of humidity, temperature and ventilation allows conditions to be adjusted to each product's requirements.

Controlled conditions reduce the effect of changes in the surrounding climate, allowing production to be planned throughout the year.
