The counter has its own monoblock refrigeration unit running on R290. Each door opens onto 4 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners for EN 60 × 40 trays and one plastic-coated wire shelf.
The ventilation system under the worktop distributes air gently, and the evaporator sits in a separate compartment with automatic defrost. The controller offers high or low humidity, Energy Saving and Overcooling, and logs HACCP alarms. Refrigerating capacity 619 W, electrical power 390 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation.
Dimensions with worktop 1984 × 750 × 850 mm, net weight 172 kg. Versions S (810 mm, no worktop), P (850 mm) and A (950 mm, with splashback); a UVC lamp and drawers 75 or 150 mm high are optional.
