Call sales +372 5559 3678The Professional PZ 92 (7C) is Everlasting's 1472 mm pizza table intended for the 7C showcases VTR1P-7C (TBP11100000000) and VTR6P-7C (TBP11300000000). The refrigeration unit is built in and holds the compartment at −2…+10 °C. The pizza line can be assembled around it piece by piece: a granite worktop with a 180 mm splashback, non-refrigerated drawers and the glass-topped showcase are bought separately.
Each door has L-shaped stainless-steel runners and a plastic-coated wire shelf, and the control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log. A removable frame for pizza containers and dough containers are available as options. Refrigerating capacity 385 W (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +54.4 °C), electrical power 240 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 5, insulation 50 mm.
