Description
The SIL 2432 Z is a low-temperature Silensys outdoor condensing unit (LBP −40…−10 °C) for frozen food in shops, warehouses, restaurants and industry. It is factory-prepared for outdoor installation, works with R-404a and R-507 and runs on a single-phase 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply.
The standard kit includes a receiver, sight glass, filter drier, crankcase heater, HBP/LBP dual pressure switch, fan-speed controller and compressor contactor, all pre-wired to the internal panel of the lockable housing. A main switch and mounting brackets are fitted.
A speed-controlled fan, aerodynamic blades and a sound-insulated compressor compartment reduce noise. To EN13215 (20 °C superheat, 3 K subcooling) refrigerating capacity is 459 W and power input 483 W. Running current 2.2 A, maximum 4.1 A; airflow 1600 m³/h; receiver 1.5 l.
Sound power 58 dBA, with noise levels of 27 dBA at 10 m and 33 dBA at 5 m (at −35 °C evaporating). The suction line connects at 1/2″ (12 mm) and the liquid line at 1/4″ (6 mm), both brazed.
