Call sales +372 5559 3678The Everlasting Classic 1200 is a 1167-litre freezer for frozen stock in restaurant and production kitchens. Classic cabinets are designed to sit in open-plan kitchens as well, in full view of guests, so both the interior and the outer cladding are AISI 304 stainless steel.
Each door carries three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners, and shelves and runners lift out without tools; rounded internal corners make cleaning straightforward. The evaporator sits inside the chamber and has an anti-corrosion treatment, while an electric heater handles automatic defrost.
The electronic control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and alerts on temperature, power failure and a dirty condenser. Adjustable from −22 to −10 °C in climate class 5, it runs on R290 with a refrigerating capacity of 851 W (evaporating at −23.3 °C, condensing at +54.4 °C).
Insulation is 75 mm thick; external dimensions are 1500 × 735 × 2080 mm and net weight is 173 kg. A remote version (REM) is also available, with the condensing unit not supplied.
