Call sales +372 5559 3678At 2250 mm wide and 2102 litres, the Classic 2300 is meant for hotels, caterers and production kitchens with large frozen stocks that would rather run one cabinet than several smaller ones. Interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel. The large chamber is served by a refrigeration system rated at 1702 W; the evaporator sits inside the chamber and an electric heater defrosts it automatically.
Three plastic-coated wire shelves are supplied per door. The controller keeps a HACCP alarm log and also warns when the condenser is dirty. Castors, internal drawers or a hook rail can be added as options.
Temperature −22…−10 °C, refrigerant R290, capacity measured at −23.3 °C evaporating and +54.4 °C condensing, electrical power 1560 W. The cabinet measures 2250 × 850 × 2080 mm and weighs 325 kg net. The remote version, AEF15300000000, is available without a condensing unit.
