Call sales +372 5559 3678The Everlasting Professional 2300 is a freezer with a manufacturer-stated capacity of 2102 litres. This freezer is 2250 mm wide and 2080 mm high and runs at −22…−10 °C. As across the Professional range, the separate evaporator compartment leaves the whole cabinet free for product.
Body and interior are AISI 304 stainless steel, with the technical compartment and base in galvanised steel and 75 mm of high-density polyurethane in the walls. Each solid door has three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners. The alarm system watches temperature, power supply and condenser cleanliness.
Castors, stainless-steel wire shelves and a reinforced shelf are optional. Refrigerating capacity 1702 W at −23.3 °C evaporating, electrical power 1560 W, refrigerant R290. Dimensions 2250 × 815 × 2080 mm, weight 357 kg gross and 325 kg net.
A remote version (REM, AEE15300000000) is also built, supplied without condensing unit.
