Call sales +372 5559 3678The Everlasting Professional 700 is a 750 mm wide freezer with a manufacturer-stated capacity of 625 litres and an operating range of −22…−10 °C. With a single door and a depth of 815 mm it fits smaller kitchens while keeping the equipment of the Professional range.
Behind the door are three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners. The tropicalised monoblock unit runs on R290, the evaporator is in a separate compartment with anti-corrosion treatment, and defrost by heater is automatic. The control panel records HACCP alarms and flags temperature deviations, power failures and a dirty condenser.
Two half doors can be ordered instead of the single door. Refrigerating capacity 560 W at −23.3 °C evaporating, electrical power 500 W, insulation 75 mm. External dimensions 750 × 815 × 2080 mm, weight 152/140 kg.
A remote version (REM, AEE12100000000) also exists; its condensing unit is not supplied.
