As across the series, the refrigeration unit is bottom-mounted and the exterior and interior can be customised, so the cabinet suits open kitchens too. There are 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners per door.
The corrosion-protected evaporator inside the chamber is defrosted automatically by an electric heater. The electronic controller raises alarms for temperature, power failure and a dirty condenser and keeps a HACCP log. Optional drawers on runners, stainless-steel wire shelves or castors can be fitted.
