This AISI 304 stainless-steel freezer is meant for restaurant and production kitchens with limited floor space but a sizeable frozen stock. Three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners are standard; a reinforced plastic-coated shelf, internal drawers or castors can be ordered.
The evaporator is placed inside the chamber, defrost is automatic, and the electronic controller keeps a HACCP alarm log and offers an Energy Saving function. Temperature range −22…−10 °C, climate class 5, refrigerant R290. Refrigerating capacity 560 W (−23.3/+54.4 °C), electrical power 500 W.
