Its interior is sized for GN 2/1, so a shelf takes a GN 2/1 pan or two GN 1/1 pans side by side. Three plastic-coated GN 2/1 wire shelves run on stainless-steel runners; stainless-steel shelves or a reinforced shelf are available as options.
Automatic defrost by heating element, a monoblock unit and an evaporator positioned outside the chamber keep servicing simple. The cabinet has a key lock and feet adjustable over 130–200 mm. Temperature −20…−10 °C, climate class 5, R290, 75 mm insulation.
