Call sales +372 5559 3678The Everlasting Professional 1500 is a large freezer with a manufacturer-stated capacity of 1365 litres and an operating range of −22…−10 °C. The refined finish of the series makes these cabinets suitable for open kitchens and workshops where equipment is on view.
The evaporator is placed in a separate compartment, so the whole chamber is left for stock. Each door has three plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners, and the monoblock unit is easy to service. Defrost is automatic by electric heater; the controller logs HACCP alarms and warns of temperature, power failure and a dirty condenser.
Drawers, a hook rail or stainless-steel wire shelves can be added. Refrigerating capacity 851 W, electrical power 810 W, refrigerant R290, 75 mm insulation. The cabinet is 1500 mm wide and 2080 mm tall, net weight 203 kg.
A remote version (REM, AEE14200000000, R452A, 400 W) is also available, without condensing unit.
