The Easy 1500 holds 1365 litres and has a GN 2/1 interior, with three plastic-coated GN 2/1 wire shelves on stainless-steel runners behind each door. Refrigeration comes from a monoblock unit that is quick to service, clean and, if needed, replace.
The evaporator sits in a separate compartment outside the chamber, which keeps internal capacity high, and defrost is automatic by heating element. The touch-screen controller is easy to read and gives a HACCP alarm. The cabinet has a key lock and stainless-steel feet adjustable from 130 to 200 mm.
