The Everlasting Master 1500 BTV is the wide freezer of the series, with 1365 litres gross in a 1500 × 850 × 2080 mm body. Its finish and interior can be customised for open kitchens where the equipment is on view.
Each door has 3 plastic-coated wire shelves on stainless-steel runners. The corrosion-protected evaporator sits inside the chamber and defrost is automatic by electric heater. The controller logs HACCP alarms, watches temperature, power supply and condenser condition, and offers high or low humidity settings.
Optional extras include a UVC lamp, drawers, a hook rail, castors and two half doors. Temperature −22…−10 °C, refrigerating capacity 851 W, electrical power 810 W, refrigerant R290, climate class 5. Insulation is 75 mm thick; net weight 203 kg.
