Functions are manual proving, scheduled retarder proving and conservation; in automatic mode it runs through blocking, conservation, reactivation, proving and holding.
The one-piece stainless-steel cabinet has an integrated full-height handle and a self-closing door that can be reversed on site. When the door is opened, a safety interlock switch stops the internal fan and switches on the LED light bar. All functional components are reached through a retractable front panel, and the diamond-treated base has a drain hole.
Twenty pairs of runners give 80 positions at 15 mm, 27 at 45 mm or 20 at 60 mm pitch. Gross volume 844 litres (583 net), refrigerating capacity 935 W at −23.3 °C, heating power 700 W, electrical power 850 W, 0.110 kg of R290 and 75 mm insulation. Dimensions 820 × 1057 × 2040 mm, net weight 180 kg, sound power level 61 dBA, humidity 40–100% with a water connection.
