Ice cube maker Scotsman EXG 207

Up to 96 kg of Gourmet cubes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 75 kg at +32/+21 °C, is the output of the Scotsman EXG 207. The cubes are solid, crystal-clear and weigh 20 g, and the built-in bin holds 51 kg. Front ventilation allows recessed installation, and the 3D ventilation grille has a removable air filter.

An integrated drain pump, automatic XSafe sanitising and internal parts that come out without tools all make servicing easier. Start-up can be delayed, and technicians can support the machine remotely through the free XWave app. The finish is black.

The AS version is air-cooled and the WS version water-cooled. Width 750 mm, depth 585 mm, height 1130 mm; weight 70 kg net, 78 kg gross. On 230 V / 50 Hz the machine is rated at 670 W and uses 12 kWh per 24 h, with R290 refrigerant (GWP 3, ODP 0); water use for the AS model is 10 l/h.
