It makes up to 145 kg of Gourmet cubes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 115 kg at +32/+21 °C. The built-in bin takes 50 kg, and the cubes weigh 20 g or 39 g.
It belongs to the simplified EASY line. The PWD system pumps waste water up to 15 metres, and XSafe sanitises the machine automatically. Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions are offered; front airflow on the air-cooled model allows undercounter installation.
Control is electronic, with the switch on the front. The stainless-steel machine is 1250 mm wide, 622 mm deep and 809 mm high, weighing 82 kg net (96 kg gross). On 230 V / 50 Hz the rated power is 1170 W, with R290 refrigerant.
At +32/+21 °C it uses 22 kWh of electricity per 24 h, and the AS version also 18 l/h of water.
