Ice cube maker Scotsman EXG 47

Only 400 mm wide and 640 mm high, the Scotsman EXG 47 is meant for small bars and cafés where the ice maker is built into the furniture. It makes solid, crystal-clear 20 g Gourmet cubes, up to 26 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 20 kg at +32/+21 °C, and the bin holds 8 kg.

Front ventilation allows built-in installation, and an integrated drain pump removes the need for a gravity drain. XSafe sanitises the machine itself, internal parts come out for cleaning without tools, and start-up can be delayed automatically. Remote technical assistance runs through the free XWave app.

The machine meets ENERGY STAR and LEED eligibility criteria and has an elegant black finish. Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS models are available. The 400 × 555 × 640 mm machine weighs 37 kg net, 42 kg gross.

R290 refrigerant (GWP 3, ODP 0), 230 V / 50 Hz supply and 258 W rated power; it uses 5 kWh of electricity per 24 h and, in the AS version, 3 l/h of water.
