Ice cube maker Scotsman EC 47

At 386 mm wide, the Scotsman EC 47 suits small bars and cafés that need modest but steady amounts of ice. It makes 20 g truncated-cone Gourmet cubes, up to 24 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, and collects them in a 9 kg bin. The EASY line is a simplified version of the AC machines.

A PWD pump moves excess water up to 15 metres away, and the XSafe system sanitises the machine automatically and continuously. The air-cooled AS model has front airflow for undercounter installation, and a water-cooled WS version is also available. Control is electronic.

Stainless steel outside, the machine measures 386 × 600 × 645 mm and weighs 38 kg net, 43 kg gross. Refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 350 W.
