Call sales +372 5559 3678Where ice demand is high, the Scotsman AC226 makes up to 150 kg of cubes per 24 h at an ambient temperature of 10 °C and stores 70 kg in its bin. The Gourmet cube size is S 8 g, M 20 g or L 39 g. The air-cooled model is rated at 1150 W and the water-cooled one at 800 W.
The stainless-steel cabinet stands on feet, with electromechanical controls. The front panel carries an ON/OFF button and a removable air filter, an indicator signals when cleaning is due and the bin lid opens quietly. A water-connection kit and ice scoop with holder are included; drain-pump and 230 V / 60 Hz models are also offered.
The air-cooled machine uses 22.0 kWh per 100 kg of ice and 11–16.5 l of water an hour; the water-cooled machine 14.8 kWh and 139 l/h. Power supply 230 V / 50 Hz; refrigerant R404a. Footprint 1078 × 715 mm, height 1006/1126 mm, net weight 96 kg.
